Meet the Provider

Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University and her Master of Science in Nursing, from one of the top 15 graduate nursing programs in the United States, the University of Alabama-Birmingham. She completed 2.5 years of clinical with course work in the field of psychiatry because of her passion to work with and advocate for people who suffer from various mental disorders.

She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and holds a DEA license in both Maryland and Georgia. She has experience in community mental health, acute inpatient psychiatric treatment, and outpatient psychiatric care.

Erica believes that a significant part of psychiatric treatment is the ability to connect with each person by listening, understanding their barriers, and working together to develop a treatment plan that focuses on delivering quality outcomes. She is born and raised in Georgia and lives with her husband and 2 children in suburban Atlanta.

Erica is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is experienced in treating the lifespan that ranges from children to the geriatric population. She is licensed in Georgia, Maryland, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. She holds a DEA license in Georgia, Maryland, and Arizona.

Erica believes that a significant part of psychiatric treatment is the ability to connect with each person by listening, understanding their barriers, and working together to develop a treatment plan that focuses on delivering quality outcomes. “This isn’t just a job for me. My clients become a part of my family and I sincerely want the absolute best for them.” Her strong clinical knowledge, ability to apply evidence-based care, and willingness to walk this journey with each client is what fuels her passion to serve the mental health community.

Latoria Hart

Latoria earned her diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2010. Her mental health journey began with a compassionate heart and a profound desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those facing psychological struggles. Her education provided a solid foundation in healthcare principles, but her innate empathy and genuine concern for others is what truly sets her apart in this field. Latoria has vast knowledge and experience in community mental health and outpatient care. Her ability to handle a myriad of situations, ranging from crisis care to managing chronic mental health conditions, showcases her ability to be multifaceted while also showing her desire to promote mental wellness. Latoria is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. “I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside my patients on their journey towards healing and recovery. Together, we can navigate the challenges, celebrate the victories, and build a brighter future filled with hope and resilience.”
