Telehealth is a service that is provided online. It allows your health care provider to care for you without an in-person visit. Telehealth is primarily done online with internet access on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Telehealth is especially helpful to monitor and improve ongoing health issues.

MindFlo Psychiatry is an “out of network” provider. We have chosen to not participate in insurance plans due to the limitations often placed on the assessment and/or therapeutic process. If you have out-of-network benefits, there may be an option to use your benefits. We can provide a “superbill” on request. A “superbill” allows clients to claim any out of network benefits that may be available. Please contact your insurance provider for more information. 

New clients are requested to provide payment details when scheduling their initial evaluation. Your card will be charged 24 hours before each appointment.

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. Please give 24 hours notice before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your visit. Exceptions may be made with documented emergent situations. The “no show” fee is $50 per event.

Being compliant with appointments is extremely important and our way to make sure that your needs are being met. If you miss an appointment, a follow-up appointment must be scheduled before issuing a partial refill. The provider will only send enough medication to last you until your next appointment. There is a $25 prescription fee for this service.
